It is our great pleasure to announce that abstract submission for the 100th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA2027) is now open.

JOA2027 will be held from Thursday, May 13 to Sunday, May 16, 2027, in Yokohama, Japan. This meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to share the latest research and clinical experiences with colleagues from Japan and around the world.

As this is the 100th commemorative meeting of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association, we warmly invite orthopaedic surgeons and researchers from around the world to join us in celebrating this important milestone.

[ What's New at 100th JOA ]
As the 100th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Orthopaedic Association, JOA2027 marks a major step toward greater internationalization.
More than half of all scientific sessions will be conducted entirely in English, making JOA2027 the most internationally accessible JOA meeting to date.

Highlights include:
- More than 50% of all sessions will be held in English.
- Dedicated English Days, during which all presentation rooms will host English-language sessions.
- All Free Paper presentations will be presented in English, creating a unified international scientific program and encouraging active participation from researchers around the world.
- A travel award of JPY 100,000 will be presented to the authors of 30 outstanding free papers, and the registration fee will be waived.
